• Provide accurate information when booking services
• Ensure safe access to your property for our cleaning team
• Secure or remove valuable and fragile items before cleaning
• Provide necessary supplies if requested (keys, parking, etc.)
• Pay for services according to agreed terms

Booking:

• Services must be booked in advance
• Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours
• Special requests should be communicated during booking

Cancellation:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur fees
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Additional charges may apply for extra services
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Gigreg Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Valuable items should be secured before cleaning
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service
• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage

Either party may terminate services:

• With reasonable notice for recurring services

• For safety concerns or inappropriate behavior
• Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination
